Those that listen to (and believe) the corporate media believe the 2020 election has been settled (any information to the contrary is now simply referred to as “The Big Lie”). Unfortunately, most conservatives think it is all over as well.

This is NOT the case!

States are making progress toward discovering whether or not the vote reported was legitimate. But information on these efforts is difficult to find. The corporate media won’t cover it, so you have to drill down to local reporters, state representatives, and local activists. So we are trying to compile activity into a single page. By necessity, what you read here is a very condensed version, but we have provided links where available where you can find additional information. For readability, we have moved older notes to the bottom of this page so the history is not lost.

Remember that the Electoral College vote totals were: Biden – 306, Trump – 232

Arizona – 11 Electoral College Votes

Long story short – the State Senate is running the show here. They asked Maricopa county, home to a majority of Arizona’s voters, to let them inspect ballots that had been questioned by observers. Maricopa refused, the State went to court. Maricopa lost, but then wouldn’t let them use their facilities for the inspection. So the materials and machines were trucked to an offsite location (the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum) where an independent company will audit and forensically examine over two million ballots, checking votes for president and US Senate. The forensic audit is key because this is where the problems, if any, will be discovered, as they look for irregularities such as folds or being marked with a Xerox machine as opposed to a pen. They are also looking at voter registrations. And they only need to find around 10,000 fraudulent ballots. They had hoped to finish by May 14 to make way for scheduled events (graduations, etc.) but could not get ramped up in time. The audit was briefly suspended and then resumed on May 24th. They have done about 500,000 of the 1.2 million ballots so far and anticipate another month to complete.

A website called AZAudit.org shows just 9 of the literally dozens of security cameras throughout the venue. For some reason, the left is livid, and even the Biden administration is sending letters from the Department of Justice to try and stop the audit. The left claims that checking the ballots undermines faith in the election (??) and claim that an ‘audit’ was already done. But the audit did not evaluate the validity of the ballots – it just counted them.

5/30/21 Update – The current audit is just looking at the presidential and US Senate races, so now Arizona is considering expanding the audit by bringing in another firm that will check counts from all the races.

Follow their progress on OAN, but another great resource is the daily Facebook update provided by Dr. Kelli Ward, the chairwoman of the Arizona Republican Party.

As with all of these efforts, nothing will be announced until the audit is complete and a report is generated, which will probably be sometime in July or August. Because this audit is not part of a legal case there are no limits on what or when evidence can be presented. I would imagine a press conference of sorts?

6/15/21 Update – Rumors continue to circulate that “Several hundred thousand ballots are missing and boxes that purported to hold ballots for counting contained only blanks.” Read an article about this by clicking HERE.

8/5/21 Update – The Arizona Senate issued subpoenas to Maricopa County officials. County officials are refusing to comply. Senate is probably heading to court to force the issue. NOTE: When you now search for “Arizona Republican Party” on Facebook the page appears way down in the search results. It used to be at the top… ALSO – the results of the audit should be released the week of 9/19 after the State Senate reviews it.

10/5/21 Update – While the media reports one finding of the audit – that the count of ballots did not change – they have been very quiet on the most upsetting results. It appears that thousands, if not tens of thousands, of ballots, have no chain of custody, were sent in by ineligible voters, or are in other ways suspect. The report has been turned over to Arizona officials to investigate. Thanks to VoterGA for the simple summary of the audit findings:

Georgia – 16 Electoral College Votes

Although there are several under-the-radar efforts making great progress across the state, Fulton County, the state’s most populous county and the container for the City of Atlanta, is where the biggest showdown is taking place.

A group called VoterGA.org, headed by Garland Favorito, is making great headway with a citizen-funded lawsuit, the goal of which is to forensically examine the 147,000 absentee ballots cast in the county. The lawsuit came about because observers during a November 14 hand-count ‘audit’ saw what appeared to be counterfeit ballots being counted. As there was no provision to handle this at the time, a number of these witnesses filed legal affidavits and, eventually, a lawsuit against Fulton County. According to these affidavits, ballots were counted that had no folds (impossible for an absentee ballot in Georgia) and even appeared to have been printed by machine rather than marked by a voter.

Not only has Fulton County been fighting this every step of the way, the Georgia Secretary of State and even the State’s Attorney General have both attempted to quash this effort, but the judge is bravely letting the case progress. And then Georgia’s Lt. Governor goes on CNN and attacks people trying to uncover the truth, stating that “100% of the facts line up with ‘there was no fraud.’ Zero facts line up with ‘there was fraud.'” But Tea Party Patriots has now filed an Amicus Brief on behalf of the voters in Georgia.

The outcome of this could have massive ramifications. The plaintiffs believe they will find enough votes to not only flip Georgia to a win for Donald Trump, but a little additional work could also overturn the United State Senate election, giving Republicans the majority in the Senate. Just imagine the firestorm that would unleash!

In case you missed it, Georgia was the state where, on video, boxes of ballots were pulled from under a table and counted after observers had been asked to leave the room.

To meet some of the people involved, and see them talking about the effort (and to find out how you can donate!) click HERE to watch a fundraising event they did on April 23.

ALSO… The State GOP is aware of multiple efforts across the state (and has even sued the GA Secretary of State three times, with the State Chairman suing him personally once) but is holding these activities close to the vest. The most disappointing suit showed there were at least 20,000 voters who were ineligible to vote (based mainly on residency requirements) but although the lawsuit was filed on time it was delayed for months by the court systems until AFTER the election results had been certified. Click HERE to see encouraging clips of a video call that State GOP Leadership had with the Georgia SOS.

11/10/21 Update – Seventy-four of Georgia’s counties have not been able to produce original images of ballots from the November 2020 election. Images of ballots are crucial for election records and are required by both federal and state law to be retained for 22 months and 24 months, respectively. VoterGA is calling on the state legislature to begin a multi-county audit. If these counties can’t produce the images, VoterGA will request to inspect the original ballots.

7/15/22 – Georgia citizens continue to find problems with vote totals. Here is a report about votes that were counted with no ballot images to validate them that came from an Open Records Request. Open Records Request Shows Fulton County Made Up 17k Votes In 2020.

Michigan – 16 Electoral College Votes

Issues were brought to light when a citizen who had sponsored a ballot initiative noticed some irregularities in the vote totals from November 3. Bill Bailey, an Antrim County, Michigan resident, saw that thousands of votes from an area with only 23,000 residents were initially and incorrectly tabulated in favor of Joe Biden. At issue in this particular case are the Dominion voting machines, and possible manipulation of the results.

As in all these cases, government officials are pulling out all the stops to derail this effort. The Secretary of State and even the Attorney General have even gone so far as to threaten to pull licenses from lawyers who represent Mr. Bailey.

In addition to the initial vote flip, subsequent official postings and even a hand recount have resulted in vote totals that changed multiple times, swinging between Nov 3 and Dec 17 by over 7,000 votes. The website letsfixstuff.org has a really good chart showing the progression of Trump losing by about 3,200 votes to Trump winning by 3,800!

A very interesting development in this case is that when the Michigan Secretary of State intervened, he actually opened himself up to depositions. So the story is just beginning!

For some reason, the Washington Examiner is also following this suit.

At a hearing on May 10th, 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsenheimer considered the defense’s motion to dismiss the case. Unfortunately in lawsuits across the country our justice system has failed us, dismissing cases without allowing any evidence to be presented. And on May 18, 2021 the judge decided to dismiss this case, deciding that an earlier risk-limiting audit satisfied all that Mr. Baily was entitled to regarding an audit of the votes. Mr. Bailey’s attorney has said that they will appeal, but this case may have ended in another instance of judges stopping a ballot inspection before it can begin.

6/18/21 Update – Rumor now from Michigan is that there has been a special judicial overwatch committee that has stepped in to review Michigan and push for a full state audit. On 6/17/21, the Michigan Conservative Coalition delivered more than 7,000 affidavits demanding the audit to Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey and 18 other elected officials.

6/25/21 – There is now a bill, HB 5091, introduced by State Rep Steve Carra, calling for a forensic audit of the 2020 election in Michigan.

8/5/21 Update – RedState has done a very good review of the Michigan Mess – click HERE to read the article.

Pennsylvania – 20 Electoral College Votes

When courts refuse to even look at evidence of voter fraud, elected officials need to step up. In Pennsylvania, State Senator Bob Mensch is trying to force an audit of ballots received in the 2020 general election. On April 14th, 2021 he introduced Senate Bill 528 “to gather and look at county-level information related to mail-in ballots requested, mailed, returned, and certified, as well as relevant similar data related to provisional ballots.” The bill would also force examination of ballots mailed to incorrect voters, including those who did not request one, and the process of returning the ballots. SB 528 has 14 sponsors (out of a total of 50 Senators), and since it is a full-time legislature this bill should progress. Republicans hold a majority in both the House and the Senate.

In February, Pennsylvania did a sample audit of some of the ballots, the results of which state officials say provides “strong evidence” that the correct winner was named in Pennsylvania. Out of 6.8 million votes cast, 2.6 million were mail-in. Biden won the state by only 81,600 votes and about a 50.01% majority. Democratic Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, who many believe botched the 2020 election process, was forced to resign in February because of mistakes she had made and overstepped her authority, and “fundamentally altered the manner in which Pennsylvania’s election is being conducted.”

7/7/21 Update – After state Senators Cris Dush, Doug Mastriano, and state Representative Rob Kauffman visited the site of the Arizona audit, Senator Mastriano issued letters to several counties, requesting “information and materials needed to conduct a forensic investigation into the 2020 election.” They have until July 31 to comply. Sen. David Argall (R), who heads the Senate State Government Committee that has oversight of election administration, said that he supports an audit as well. Argall’s committee has subpoena power. And so, of course, the state is fighting back, telling the counties not to allow outside access to voting systems.

7/23/21 Update – I spoke with a reporter yesterday who says that Trump won Pennsylvania by a landslide and that it is just a matter of time until the information gets out.

8/5/21 Update – Following examples from across the country, the Counties did not deliver the information requested by Senator Mastriano so he’s working on a broad subpoena to York, Tioga and Philadelphia counties.

9/16/21 Update – Pennsylvania’s state Senate took a step toward initiating an Arizona-style “audit” of the 2020 election results when they voted Wednesday to authorize subpoenas for personal information on every voter around the commonwealth. In introducing the hearing, committee Chairman Cris Dush (R) said the review was necessary because of questions over whether improper votes had been cast.

11/19/21 Update – Pennsylvania’s Senate to spend up to $270K to investigate the result of the 2020 presidential election. The forensic investigation is part of a push by GOP Pennsylvania state lawmakers to probe the election results following Trump’s claims.

1/28/22 Update – Pennsylvania appellate court declared that the state’s no-excuse absentee voting law was unconstitutional.

2/14/22 – RNC Sues Key Pennsylvania County for Absentee Ballot Transparency, specifically demanding records from the 2020 election.

8/4/22 – Pennsylvania Supreme Court upholds no-excuse mail-in voting, reversing the lower court ruling from 2/14/22. This is disturbing because, in both of these cases, judges ruled the way their party wanted them to. If we have political judges, we no longer have a judicial system.

New Hampshire – 4 Electoral College Votes

The Windham Incident. Look it up. Democrat Kristi St. Laurent lost a state house seat by 24 votes, which triggered a recount. To everyone’s surprise, the recount showed that the AccuVote scanning machines shorted four GOP candidates by about 300 votes each (with Democrats being shorted by less than 30). So it turned out that Kristi didn’t just lose by 24 votes, she lost by over 100. This turned out to be the largest unexplained numerical discrepancy in the History of the state.

Fortunately, the NH Legislature realized that something was terribly wrong and mandated that Windham’s voting machines and ballots be forensically audited. They are currently choosing a forensic team for the audit but are fighting the liberals who are trying to stop it at every turn.

If there is a problem with the way the machines tabulated the votes for the State Rep Race in Windham on election day, then there could be a problem with how the machines tabulated the votes for the other races as well – not just in Windham, but potentially across New Hampshire. 85% of NH votes are counted by the same voting machines…  The Windham audit must be completed by the end of May.  The township will choose one auditor, the state will choose one, and those two will choose a third.  Residents objected to the choice by the township, claiming it was biased toward the Democrats, and at least one member of the council has agreed that he is willing to flip his vote and follow the wishes of the citizens.

Biden won NH by about 60,000 votes, so changing results in Windham won’t change the presidential election. But the Windham Incident is interesting and could force audits of other Townships.

Update – It appears now that a simple fold in the ballots caused the machines to miscount the actual votes! If this is the case, it would be a major cause of concern not just in Windham but everywhere these machines were used! Click HERE for a summary of how the case played out.

ALSO – Look for a state bill to be introduced that would ban voting machines, moving NH back to paper ballots. Will it pass?

Montana – 3 Electoral College Votes

In Missoula County, a January check of absentee ballots revealed that at least 4,592 out of the 72,491 mail-in ballots (almost 7%) were missing envelopes. Some believe that the number of envelopes was actually lower due to the fact that some may have been double-counted. Here is a good background on the case.

The discrepancy has not been resolved, with elections officials and local GOP-backed citizens, including former Missoula City Council member Lyn Hellegaard, still in dispute. The citizens’ group wants access to the envelopes and ballots, and, as usual, officials and Democrats are fighting this every at every turn. Unfortunately, the State Legislature is over for the year, so hopefully, citizens will continue the fight.

Wisconsin – 10 Electoral College Votes

There are five cities in Wisconsin, known as the “famous Wi-5,” where a number of allegations have been brought against the voting procedures. These cities, Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Kenosha and Racine, all accepted money from left-leaning “safe and secure” elections groups funded by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and this money was used to alter the way the election was conducted, allegedly in opposition to existing state and local laws. Click HERE to get the background on the Famous Wi-5.

The latest shows that it was not only outside groups and city officials who had their hands in how the election was run, but now it appears that even election officials were involved.

So far it appears that only a few news outlets are covering this, and we can’t find a lawsuit – not yet anyway. But Wisconsin state Assemblyman Robin Vos says he will hire three retired officers to review the election. Wisconsin was a close win for Biden, and based on thousands of complaints made after Nov. 3 an investigation is needed. The retired officers and a state Assembly committee (which has investigatory powers) will spend three months reviewing all the tips that were received and will focus more time on the most credible ones

8/5/21 Update – Looks like Vos has changed his tune, but other officials like state Rep. Janel Brandtjen’s (R) are still looking to call for a “comprehensive, forensic examination.” And the head of the Wisconsin Assembly’s elections committee has issued subpoenas for election materials, including ballots and voting machines from two counties.

10/4/21 Update – The first subpoenas have gone out in a probe into the 2020 presidential election.

11/24/21 Update – Racine County Sheriff Recommends Criminal Charges Against 5 of 6 Members of Wisconsin Elections Commission – First Material Charges Country-wide Related to 2020 Election Theft. Reports are that over 23,000 voters registered using the same phone number and 4,120 people registered using the date 1/1/1918.

California – 55 Electoral College Votes

Things are even starting to happen in California. The most interesting is an attempt to investigate about 3,000 ballots that legally could not be voted. They came from a student dorm at the University of California, Santa Barbara. The problem was that because of COVID that dorm was closed, nobody was there to vote. Read the story (from a local paper) HERE.

Washington – 12 Electoral College Votes

10/19/21 – The Washington Election Integrity Coalition United (WEiCU) Files 8 Election Integrity Lawsuits in WA State, 10 more lawsuits coming. Voters of various political stripes across the state and country have expressed doubt in the outcome of elections in recent years. WEiCU, through these lawsuits and others to follow, seeks to provide the transparency voters need and deserve to have trust in the integrity of the election system. WEiCU also filed a lawsuit in August to demand a full forensic audit of the 2020 election.

Historical Notes

Georgia History

6/2/21 Update – The plaintiffs have confirmed that the ballot boxes exist on five pallets that are shrink-wrapped in the warehouse, but just a day before the plaintiffs were set to visit the warehouse and finalize the plan, Fulton County hired a criminal defense firm to file a bunch of motions. This action caused the judge to delay the final plans until another hearing to consider these motions, sometime around the end of June. This delay is not expected to affect the ballot inspection other than to slow it down. There was an ‘incident’ where an alarm went off in the building holding the ballots, but local police say that the room with the ballots was not entered. But these same officials also say that the judge did not order the ballots to be protected (he did) so….

6/7/21 Update – Ruby Freeman and her daughter (Shaye Moss – State Farm Arena “suitcase” blonde-braid woman in GA) have now both been served and ordered to appear at depositions to provide information about the Nov 3 election. They have been ordered to bring all electronic communication related to the 2020 general election (including emails and records of social media postings) and any electronic devices they used during the entire year of 2020. Depositions will begin the week of 6/14. Ruby refused to open the door for the process server, saying the subpoena should be given to her lawyer and he wasn’t available. The process server left it at the door and took a photo.

Also served was someone named Michael Makever Alligood (to be deposed on June 18th). In addition to the records and items that Ruby and Shaye are asked to bring, he is to bring any communication between him and the Georgia SOS office, The Center for Election Innovation & Research, ERIC and others, including any communication with elected officials and campaigns and nonpartisan officials connected with absentee ballots. He is also asked to bring payroll documents between him and the Georgia Secretary of State. Click HERE to look at the served documents and see details.

AND – Georgia Senator Brandon made a trip to AZ to see if he can get a similar audit going in Georgia, accompanied by Georgia State Republican Chairman David Shafer.

9/16/21 Update – Georgia is one of the states where a group has uncovered evidence of “ballot harvesters” (or “ballot fakers?”) going around late at night and dropping backpacks full of ballots into ballot drop boxes. I have spoken with one of the attorneys, and they say they have geofence data, along with video backup, that proves this activity. ALSO – we are just looking into the “ballot transfer forms,” which were supposed to be filled in when ballots were taken from a dropbox to the Elections office. This is the first step in the official chain of custody. It turns out that thousands, maybe tens of thousands, of these transfer forms simply do not exist, meaning that thousands and thousands of ballots are not legal.

10/15/21 Update – The judge hearing the ballot inspection case has dismissed the case. This was a surprise based on what he had done to date, but perhaps it shouldn’t have been knowing how much is at stake if the fraud is uncovered. His reasoning? He ruled that VoterGA did not have standing. This was the same reason that the 11th circuit Lin Wood case was dismissed – no single voter could be harmed by the vote of someone else. VoterGA believes that this is not correct in their case, based on previous SCOTUS rulings. VoterGA will appeal and is confident that the appeals court will instruct the judge to pick it back up. If this was really true, this ruling could have been made six months earlier. But it does serve to delay the case, which is what Fulton County always wants.
